Leliana's Song-area transition not working

In Leliana's Song, the area titled "The Dungeons" the area transition by the exit is not working and I'm stuck. Anyone experience this or know of a fix?

I'm in "The Dungeons". The area in which you gain Silas as a follower. I currently have Sketch and Silas in my party. I've pulled all three levers, killed everything moving, and have made it all the way to the "X" on the map labled "Exit". The icon that would usually appear by a door or transition point does not appear, and I've used the Tab key to try and highlight it, and have moved the cursor around the area to see if it's just difficult to locate.

 

I've interracted with everything I can in the area to no avail.

 

I have several mods installed, more than I care to list, could this be causing some issues?

 

In addition, I've searched Bioware Social and the Nexus Forums for anyone having a similar issue and found no info except that the DLC is very buggy.

Ok, you have pulled the 3 levers, gone into the last room and killed the three bad guys, then went through the door at the end of the room and up the tunnel towards the light, correct?

Ok, off the top of my head I can not think of anything else that you would need to trigger it. Have you tried replaying the level again to see if it works then, or just the first time through?

This is my first play through. I'll load up an old save, re-enter the area, and try again to see if that works. I'll post my results.

Ok, let me know. I know a lot of games will sometimes glitch like this, and the only thing to do is go back to an older save and replay it. Most of the time the problem goes away, but not always. I cannot think of any mods the would cause it to do this glitch, however, so I am going on a hunch a replay through should work. Used to hate when the old Doom games would do the same kind of thing.
