Leliana's Song-area transition not working

This is my first play through. I'll load up an old save, re-enter the area, and try again to see if that works. I'll post my results.

 

Ok, let me know. I know a lot of games will sometimes glitch like this, and the only thing to do is go back to an older save and replay it. Most of the time the problem goes away, but not always. I cannot think of any mods the would cause it to do this glitch, however, so I am going on a hunch a replay through should work. Used to hate when the old Doom games would do the same kind of thing.

OK, i've gone back to a previous save and re-played through the area and still the problem persists. I'm going to try a re-install.

 

Any onther suggestions or ideas from anyone would be most helpful.

Re-install didn't work either.

Had to do a clean install, no mods except for EA Official DLC, and it worked just fine.
