Unnecessary Violence Help

I've just downloaded the Unnecessary Violence mod from this site, and installed it using Oblivion Mod Manager.

I also installed Nifscript, Pluggy, OBSE, and all other required files.

I activated the mod, set the 0 in the configuration settings at the bottom to 1, and when I go in game, shortcut configuration settings comes up.

 

I tried setting the shortcut keys to just about every key. Ones already with shortcuts, ones without shortcuts.

But when I use the keys, nothing happens.

 

Using the throw key has the only effect: The screen zooms in to first person mode.

 

When I try to toggle my weapon to offhand (current weapon: short sword or long sword, no other weapons/shields equipped) by holding the block key (left alt or right mouse button) + holding the UV mod key + tapping the UV key, nothing happens.

 

Did I miss something in the readme? Am I doing somethign wrong? Is this a bug / error? Did I not install a required file?

 

Any help?

Did you go thru the ini line by line or did you just edit the very last setting from a 0 to a 1?

Well I went through the whole thing line by line, but since I was unfamiliar with the actual effects of the mods, I felt it would be best to just leave them as the default settings.

So I only edited the very last setting.
