Various Mods and Unsure Crashes

Thanks for looking, i've been having some annoying crashing on Oblivion as of late, i've used BOSS, OBMM, weCPS and all of my mods are nicely organized in a OMOD format yet every 20mins or less i have some form of crash, any ideas why? one that seems to be most common is crashs while flying high with the Akatosh mount. i'll update if i figure out anything else

 

my specs are:

 

Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit OS

Intel® Core2 Duo CPU, T9300 @ 2.50GHz

4GBs of Ram

sad to say most of that was info i already new and have in effect, i wonder if its just one of those cases of where i'm always going to have crashes just because its oblivion?

I've seen reports of Natural_Weather being bugged. You might replace this one with the Natural Weather Unofficial Patch

 

i think this helped abit so far after i downloaded that patch i've only crashed once and that was when i grabed the sigil stone to close a Oblivion gate

Its normal the game crashing when flying with the akatosh mount since the mount is very fast and the game have dificult to load the map and objects on it at the same speed of the mount
