Download speed

I've noticed that for about 2 weeks now my download speed turned from 1mb/s(limit allowed to nonpremium users in NMM) to, at this very moment, 19kb/s. I've tried downloading manually, and the same thing occurs. The ETA for a download of 60mb is, just as my dear old Chromie says, about 2 hours. If your first thought is that my internet connection is at fault, know that that is not true, for I have downloaded from other websites and I have no issue with that, and torrents, wew, my connections moves like a gazelle there with a speed of about 7mb/s. Of course I am not a moron to expect the same thing as that, but the way it was before, with speeds of 500kbps to 1mbps would be extraordinary.

 

Any help would be immensely appreciated.
