Hello I`m Ute and I`m new here ;). I `m german, so sorry for the bad grammar, my English is not very good.

I have a few questions. I have uploaded my German DA-module Synapsia. But because it is 450 MB, I am not able to upload the files. So nobody can endorse it, because download is possible only about the mirror.

Is it actually possible, to upload 2 files a 200 mb or is 300 the absolut limit?

Or can I upload a place holder?

Thank you for help :).

Hello and welcome to the forums. About your questions. You should split the file into 2 or 3 parts and them upload them separately. I've seen modders do this before and people will then download all 3 files if they need your mod and you will be getting your endorsements. Good luck!

Cheers,

Pushkatu!

Hello there, and welcome.

If you have a big file, I recommend either using Winrar or 7-zip to compress your files. Most of the time, when using the highest 7z compression, it gets within a tenth of the original size, oftentimes less.

Either way, most individuals with big mods will upload the .esp to the Nexus and leave a mirror link for all the other files.

Thank you for the tips :). Unfortunately, 7zip does not help, but I will try to split the files or just upload Installation instruction and Complete solution and offer the modulfiles with the mirror link.

One must usually Right Click>Add to Archive, set Archive Format to 7z and Compression Level to Ultra.

Apologies if you already tried that. (I don't use Winrar myself because nagware makes me rage.)
