How to add an oblivion game save on pc?

how do u take a game save file and add it to ur oblivion game on pc?

The saved games are stored in C:Users\"name of user"\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves. You just place the save inside the saves folder.

Place save game files in documents/my games/oblivion/saves

On Windows 7, it will be C:/libraries/documents/mygames/oblivion/saves

For Xp or others, it may be in something more like C:/users//mydocuments/mygames/Oblivion/saves

if you look around for the documents file you should find it without much trouble.

So i open my oblivion game and then click load and i don't see the saved game. What am I doing wrong?

Where did you put the save game? Was it compressed (zip file)? If so did you unzip it?

 

Problems with using someone elses saves - to get the exact same thing, you must have all of the exact same mods. If the save is not at the beginning of the game, they may have done quests that you have nor, or vice versa. They may have grabbed items that you didn't or vice versa. ALL items, quests, stats and everything will be whatever they were for the other person when they made that save. In other words, you accept that character with all of their stats gear and everything they have already done - or not done - in the game.
