Tomlong54210
If you mean enable the console, just make sure that is checked in the Oblivion.ini. You can open the console with the tilde (~) key.

You can open the console with the tilde (~) key. and this is what it says in the target part in the properties section "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\OblivionLauncher.exe" -enableconsolecommands
Tomlong54210
You should not need to make such a change to your shortcut. Check out this thread as well. Vista and Win7 share many of the same problems - http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/221391-console-wont-work-at-all/page__gopid__1947158#entry1947158 Console commands should be enabled by default. I have not heard of them being disabled. Is the console working?
