I want to be able to run the max limit amount of mods on skyrim without having any issues. Okay so with that said, I am planning to upgrade my graphics card.

Two choices, well pretty much the same.

2GB Version - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745

4GB Version - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127748

Of course I plan to play other games at ultra quality too but my primary reason to upgrade my card is for Skyrim. Which would you guys recommend? Thanks in advance!

It's really a bad time to upgrade GPU. At least If you're searching for an entry level card.

Of course if you got the money and searching for a premium card then GTX970 is the way to go.

Oh just curious, how come?

And I'm using an ATI HD Radeon 5800 series right now and is definitely not cutting it.

NVIDIA will soon release GTX 960(3 months or so), it will be in the same price range with GTX 760 and it will also be much better than it. Currently it is not really good idea to buy any Kepler GPU unless if you're getting it really really cheap.

Oh I see, thanks! I'll still probably buy it anyways since my current computer is crashing left and right, decided to just build a new PC altogether. When the time comes and I feel the need to upgrade, I'll probably sell for 50~70% of the price and use that to put into the new card.

But if you have a better suggestion(I'll need a new graphics card one way or another), that would be greatly appreciated.

By then, in my opinion, you're gonna have some hard times selling it, from now on Kepler based GPUs(or basically GTX 700 series) are discontinued. In other words, they are old and they won't be appealing unless they are ridiculously cheap.
