datketchup
Friends, peers, skilled modders...I know that this sentiment is nothing new, but Skyrim is growing older, and may one day no longer be relevant at all to the majority of modders! Make no mistake, we have come some ways over time; we have resources for raptors, theriums, the entirety of the Dinosaurus Era mod, and several forms of triceratops in addition to the few in vanilla skyrim, but friends, what if we step it up a Notch? We have the resources, and if ANY among you have the ability, here is a list of possible bases; Werewolf: Skeleton: -Any theropods(T rex, Spinosaurus, etc...), savage ape, terror birds Model: -Hyenadon, savage ape, entelodon, epicyon, gorgonopsid Dragon: Skeleton: -Pterosaur, microraptors, sea beasts(Mosasaurs, plesiosaurs, etc...), Apes/Ape-statured khajiit(Wings could be arms, Disable flight), airborne archaeopteryx Model:A HUGE plethora of reptilian beasts Giant: Skeleton: -Primitive humanoid races(cave-men/mer/beasts) Model: -Primitive humanoid races, any wild beings with possible humanoid masculine traits(Sasquatch, neanderthals, male manticores...) Mammoth: Skeleton: -Any prehistoric pachyderm, most sauropods(such as brachiosaurus), ceratopsians(such as the already available triceratops), ankylosaurus, and other herbivorous, quadrupedal dinosaurs, Ground sloths Model: -For the most part, only other shaggy animals or pachyderms Skeever: Skeleton: -Giant ground sloth(if slowed down), Many infantile quadrupeds, small primates(Monkeys, lemurs...) Model: -Protomammals, rodents, mustelids, small reptiles with some refining Slaughterfish: Skeleton: -Almost exclusively marine creatures Model: -Ichthyosaurs, some reptiles(The head alone would be sublime on crocodilians and spinosauruses) Chaurus: Skeleton: -Lizards, synapsids(like dimetrodon), crocodilians, and theoretically;Snakes Model: -Unsurprisingly, invertebrates, armored creatures And for anyone who deems themselves a God of Mod, here's a proposal Duplicate the leg animation of a giant and throw them out of sync, so they do not move Left+Left Right+Right or Left+Right Right+Left, but in an unsynchronized manner, and behold, walking for a large sauropod! Or Archeopteryx; Use werewolf animations when on the ground and dragon animations when it flies! If anyone out there has what it takes, I implore you; Let this come to light! If you succeed, post a link. Also, feel free to post any good ideas if you have them! You have your mission...
