Actor movement speed/Ground slant relation

Firstly, allow me to thank you for taking the time to read this. I am requesting a mod that does away with the vanilla slope-stops-actor function. In this mod I would like to see that there is a maximum angle difference (80 degrees?) between two ground sections that make it non-traversable, and that the steeper a slope is, the slower the actor moves while on the slope. I thought this up while on my hunter character in the Valus Mountains and found myself having to strafe, turn, leap, and fall to my death several times before realizing that in real life if a hill is too steep you can typically climb up it, on all fours if necessary, but it is a slower process relative to the angle of incline. I have never created a mod, so i don't know how difficult this would be to create, and I am thusly open to any variations that may be suggested.

As far as I can tell, it's controlled at the actual ground texture. Every ground texture has a friction component which determines how easily it can be climbed at a slope. I don't think it will let you get as steep as you are wanting, but it should help you get things a bit better. If you don't feel like putting it together yourself, I might be willing to put together a mod which changes the friction for some of the more passable textures.
