Crash on Arriving at Weynon Priory

As I am entering the exterior cell via fast travel after picking up Martin, having completed the quests around lifting the siege of Kvatch, I'm experiencing a crash around 20 seconds after loading. I suspect it has to do with the mods I have installed, and here is the load order I have at the moment:

I've looked through some of the other threads on this issue at this site and others, and given my particular load order I'm not certain if the solutions offered there would help. Any advice from people who have encountered this problem before, or have helped others with this problem, would be much appreciated.
