Weapon enchantments for hand-to-hand

I started a new character, a monk class, specializing in hand-to-hand and the first destiny stone I collected is useless to her: weapon enchantment: disintegrate weapons; armor enchantment: reinforce blade skill.

 

Is there a mod to make it possible to place weapon enhancements on gloves and gauntlets without nerfing my hand-to-hand advancement? Or maybe a code to be entered in the script window?

 

If not, consider this a request for a mod that does so.
