mrobviousspy
First post here, I've encountered a strange glitch where literally 90% of Canterbury Commons is missing and in its place is a gigantic void. I've also had some weird lighting issues where a patch on the floor would appear pitch black or would flicker. I was wondering if anyone could spot anything wrong with my load order. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Here's what the glitch looks like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wfqb1xT51Uo (I didn't upload the video, but you get the idea) Fallout3.esmAnchorage.esmThePitt.esmBrokenSteel.esmPointLookout.esmZeta.esmMart's Mutant Mod.esmDCInteriors_ComboEdition.esmStreetLights.esmSlower Levelling - slower - LITE.espDarNifiedUIF3.espGalaxyNewsRadio100[M].espFellout-pipboylight.espStreetLights - Wasteland.espFellout-Full.espFellout-BrokenSteel.espFellout-PointLookout.espFellout-Zeta.espmegalight.espMart's Mutant Mod.espMart's Mutant Mod - Increased Spawns.espMart's Mutant Mod - DLC Anchorage.espMart's Mutant Mod - DLC The Pitt.espMart's Mutant Mod - DLC Broken Steel.espMart's Mutant Mod - DLC Point Lookout.espMart's Mutant Mod - DLC Zeta.esp Total active plugins: 26Total plugins:
Norinvaux
Black/flickery lighting is a game bug with the lighting system. Try switching between HDR and Bloom lighting, and see which works better. As for the ground disappearing, I've had that problem in Oblivion before. As far as I know, just fool around with your load order, and it should fix it. Just keep trying different combinations. If nothing works, begin a new game, your save file may be partially corrupted (happened to me before).

I loaded an earlier save and traveled to canterbury commons, luckily it was there that time  . I think I might start a new game to see if the glitches go away.
