Request:a mod to transform a weapon to another

if anyone could make this i,have the meshes and the textures but not in the game they are from fallout 3 and a spell who would transform the number 1 into number 2

they are from devil may cry the sword called rebellion

They are not an exact match to what you show there but Jojjo Weapons has some blades in the package that are mighty close.
