rebyrth
I've started about 4 new games. I get a couple of hours in and things start going to poo. On my first time playing with mods, the immersion and feature settings in FWE broke and could no longer be accessed. On the second and third I just randomly lost the ability to drop items. The feature settings stopped working midway through the third as well. I've followed every step with FWE and the other FOIP mods. Getting kind of tired of starting over because something broke, or having to sort through saves back to where everything worked right. Is there anything I can do to restore whats been broken? Callighan
Try loading your latest savegame without all the mods. And then, save again. Your new seave will be a mod-free savegame. See if that new savegame is playable. :)
Nadin
How do you finish a playthrough?

Nadin
Ah. I think I've done that twice, and I've played it more than 30 times.
Teratoid
Yeah, its quite possible to play a complete game with mods like FWE on. If you keep crashing, or having the game break from inside, and your load order looks fine, the best thing to do would be a complete reinstall. Then install the mods one by one, making sure they all work before installing the next one. You don't have to do this with the small mods, btw, just the major ones like FWE and MMM, or anything that uses FOSE. This method usually fixes the errors that would make you wanna bash your head against a wall. At least, its fixed the errors for me.
Clexor
I don't even play to beat the game anymore, in fact I barely even touch the MQ. Once I beat it the first couple of times I just started playing the mods.
Starsickle
I don't think I've beaten the main quest once since I stared using large overhaul mods on the order of FOOK and so on. It's incredibly frustrating because I want ot see broken steel, and after a while I can't stand playing anymore because the gameplay is so mundane.
