Tomlong54210
POSSIBLE DISCOVERY!The end area of my Oblivion.ini where it says "SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information. SMasterMismatchWarning=One of the files that "%s" is dependent on has changed since the last save. This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message but not necessarily fix any errors."Plugins and master files?Could this be theculprit? Also, do not be fooled, I actually have no deep knowledge about things like this, I just have had to mod A LOT.If that's the case, look at your Bash LO. I could help if you posted it here, possibly. Actually, just right-click on your save and use Bash's Diff Masters function.
roflburger
Probably a very important note is that I also have a modded Fallout 3 installed that works completely with FOSE, plugins and all, first time load.So we can rule out problems with my computer itself, as FOSE and OBSE are basically one and the same. roflburger
*BIGGEST FACEPALM HUMANITY HAS EVER SEEN THE WORLD OVER*OK... so apparently you have to make a obse\plugins folder in your DATA folder in oblivion, not just leave it all in oblivion.THAT would probably be the root of ALL of my problems.Hmmm. seems I can still only launch after 2 tries though, anyone have any ideas? I have no clue what is up with that.

Ok.... now after the Oblivion logo appears and the menu should pop up... it doesn't...It just scrolls across the Tamriel map with no menu at all...Most likely a plugin issue, seing as That is what I finally have...Pic of plugins folder included. Tomlong54210
Try removing WeOCPs. Have you tried removing all of your OBSE plugins, moving the folder onto the Desktop temporarily, or something?
