Load Order Question

I've been getting quit a few "freeze to desktop"'s lately after installing several mods. No, it's not my graphics card, for I could play the game normally on High, and this is from a fresh install. Here's my load order, is something out of order and causing problems? Also, I just recently updated to FROOK2 v.1.1
