Frequent crashes in combat

So my game crashes frequently in combat, i have replicated the crash numerous times and it seems that when i enter combat and quickly shoot all the enemies, the game doesn't crash. When i don't do that e.g. stay longer in combat, the came freezes and i get the Fallout has stopped working error.
Atm. i'm at a complete loss, any help would be appreciated.
