I like it a lot more than Skyrim's and I think it'd be helpful to see your follower's health bar. If anyone makes this, if its even possible, I'd be extremely grateful. As for follower health bars, I'd suggest checking out Extensible Follower Framework one of the features in 4.0 is follower health bars.
