Estrus not working

Yeah so I'm new to the forums, and I can't seem to get Estrus to work. I've downloaded the file, and extracted it to "oblivion>Data", and then I even got the latest version of OBSE and did what it said (copy a few files to the Oblivion directory). But nothings showing up in the "Data Files" tab before I start up the game, and none of the spells show up when I'm playing either. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: I'm using the Steam version, by the way.

EDITEDIT: Success! I've got OBSE to work, but Estrus still is nowhere to be found.

If you have Windows Vista or 7 Steam should be installed in a custom folder like C:Games and NOT in C:Program Files.I was trying to help a poster get BBB to show up in his Steam game. He had to install his mods as OMODs with Oblivion Mod Manager to get any changes to show up in his game.

actually, all games should never be installed to program files, due to a problem about programs not being able to edit them properly, so it is always safer to install all games into a new folder located in your c: data directory

Well I have XP, I'll try reinstalling it. Its weird because the Thieves Arsenal mod works fine. Should Estrus be seen in the "Data Files" tab before you start the game?

Yes, the esp is zzEstrus and it should show up in your data files and needs to be activated to work. I have to warn you that Estrus will cause some console spamming and does interfere with a few OBSE dependant mods.
