Nexus Set
You probably got a corrupted download. Try downloading the mod again and see if it opens.

Nexus Set
Are you using Windows Vista or 7? It's probably the UAC preventing you from extracting the archives. It's most likely to happen if you installed to Program Files folder.

Nexus Set
Just any other folder will do. For simplicity and convenience's sake, you can install it to C:\Facegen\ if you like.

Nexus Set
Found this on the mod's comments thread. Perhaps you could try it.I'm using the FaceGen Demo 3.4 and get the same issue as that reported by Rhiana earlier. Free use of custom models is no longer possible. If you don't want to ask SI for a one-time evaluation copy, you can get the models to work as follows (only one model set at a time): - Rename the "csamDefault" folder in your FaceGen directory to "csamDefault_old".- Then, rename the model folder you want to work with to "csamDefault" I also found that this modification makes the photofit function available to custom model sets.
