kvatchgotscrewed82397 Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 Kvatch rebuilt is hands down an awesome mod. but i dont know how to actually receive the second quest from savlian matius! he says the he my need me in the future but every time i talk to him he just say "kvatch was rebuilt from ruins before and she'll do it again" ive waited for over a month (in-game) but still nothing some help. yeldarb Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 The messenger (Ignar Rodblock?) will not look for you in cities, the best place to wait is the area around Weye. The second quest takes two weeks game time to activate, but if you wait in Kvatch you will never get it. I do quests until the messenger finds me, and it has been inside an Oblivion Gate before.The FAQ covers the details on requirements for the Falling Flowers (3rd quest).
