Antigen
Hello All, New to the forums here and well i have been playing around with GECK for several months now. Been frustrating but fun when things u make end up in game. Well i ran into a small snag with making interiors from the "kits" And Well Just like the Valt tutorial layout. I need to make a plug piece to join the two different grids. Except the Plug i need doesn't Exist lol. The One i need is the UtlHallSm1wayreg. I tried to "chop" it in half with Blender and put it back ingame. it looks OK but to be honest i didnt really know what i was doing lol. I have the Error "Object is not a fade Node"? Cannot Be picked..... i am sure i am missing something here i understand messing around with models can be a pain as with any Geck project. I guess my question after all that is How would i make a proper plug piece? i have all the tools like nifscope ..ect just actually doing it correctly is a problem
neomonkeus
In the export section for the nifscript you just need to tick the box that has BS fade node or something to that effect, cant remember offhand right now, not at my normal PC. Its on the right hand side of the export section. Also if it is a model form the vanilla version of the Game and you were about to find it to import it into blender, then you obviously know the directory where it is located. In the Geck you should be able to find it pretty easily either using a filter on the *all section or going through the various sections.
