Samualln
So I just peeked at the "Who's the woman thread in DA2 and read all the post's made... and while reading them I came up with a semi good discussion question for those of us that know this game inside, and out. I myself don;t really know the whole plot line with whats coming out in the DA2, but ignoring the character Hawk and the whole mystery-girl.... and the whole timeline discrepancy's When it came/comes down to Morrigan having the child - son or daughter options- What would you think of what she might name the child, or would she let the child go nameless till a time it names itself? (for a son) I wouldn't see her naming the child after its sire (father)... Or do you disagree?
brokenergy
During the time (the whole DA2 time line), Morrigan was with the Warden and left him/her just before/after the finial battle. She would travel to Orlais and do whatever she pleased. The mysterious woman is in fact Flemeth's sexy side that we're all heard about and as for Morrigan, well there is not enough information to discuss about it. DarkeWolf
I cant really say. In my mind, I guess it kinda depends on how large of a role the kid is going to play. Mother and Grandmother are named after mythos from different cultures, so if they follow the trend there, it could be a variant of somebody from legends. Or, they could just come up with a name outta the blue. I dont see them taking the name from the father, simply due to the fact that the player character from the first game, isnt going to be involved. I could always be wrong, of course ;)

Or do you disagree? There's a whole line of thinking around the premise that the Flemeth/Morrigan line is restricted to females. Sure, (goes this interpretation) there are lots of ways to explain away what should statistically be a (slightly) better than .5 male:female ratio, but all we really have are all these stories of daughters... and no, ZERO, sons! I think they may have a point. :turned:
danscott84
Just a hunch, but if she wanted the soul of an old god, wouldn't she name it the same? The Architect said he awoke, and I am going to butcher the spelling, Uhmriel which caused the blight. I suspect she will name the child the same as the old god that inhabits the body. And this time, PAY ATTENTION to the Architect, instead of worrying about all the bugs in my companions' quest lines! I've realized recently that even though I've gone through it twice, I've missed at least half of what he was trying to tell me. (I guess I acted like Loghain would toward Orlesians suddenly appearing in his backyard: "Never mind if they're talking sense. Just kill them!" )

I know it sounds cynical but the little voice is telling me (how you could not trust that little voice). BTW I did warned you that we will have to play Flemeth in DA2, remember DWolf
Corlan
Oh I know!!! Morri turned Alistair into Herself and went fish hunting with Hawke, that's what I think. So bad luck if you decided to sleep with Morri at that time. But Seriously, it got me all confused, Brokenenergy say Morri with warden that time in older threads :( and now me heard she around :) and Now Flemeth sexy? >:( Sorry I think I missed something somewhere... "Hic" Oh and I killed the Archie, the only good darkspawn is a good darkspawn.... Wait, no I forgot what it was, ask DarkeWolf he invented the thing. brokenergy
Why am I so confusing? Yes, the devs said that the Warden + Morrigan subplot is not over. No, Morrigan is not going to play a major role in DA2 and Flemeth has always been sexy Corlan it is just you haven't seen her yet in another person's body (which is the most likely result, if you have payed attention to the dialogues  )
