trog2006
The good news is that this mod is coming together quicker than I thought. Despite the construction set being a bit clunky in places...and I'm too scared to go into the scripting section. The low poly trees cannot be rotated. This has forced me to put the treehouse in a specific location. I can create models in 3dsMax, but adding all of the aspects required for collision detection are way beyond me. I do after all have other things in my life :P The treehouse is complete, inside and out, all that remains is for me to complete my snag list. Some of the staircase is a little quirky, one moment you can walk up it no probs, the next you get stuck on certain levels and have to jump to get out. The balcony is complete...small....but complete :) I initially located it just outside of Bravil, with a nice view over the cathedral. But I now have a more idyllic location in mind, so I may relocate it.

trog2006
Well, I had to trash version 1 due to how difficult it was to relocate it. Note to all newbie builders, use one of the interior test zones to create your prototypes, then you can just cut and paste. On the plus side version 2.1 is complete. I love it (Even if I do say so myself). It's quirky, and the staircase is loooong :P Download the mod or preview some screenshots from here... http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=5228 Enjoy:P And I welcome any and all constructive feedback. GBHis
Don't have Oblivion here at the moment. So sad. Thanks for the link you gave me!I've also just been introducing myself to the CS! (8 days ago)I love scripting, and I think I could do the good/evil scripting - just make it as you want it to be (and tell me which objects you want to swap).Should it run by (fame-infamy) checks or a switch? Would love to help you!

I shall be in touch though, scripting's a foreign language to me :P
GBHis
You're a gem sir. Well the scripting side will have to wait for now...I'm having enough problems with the basic models. I shall be in touch though, scripting's a foreign language to me :P I started doing HTML before I got 8. Got to GW-BASIC when I was 9. TurboPascal when I was 11.VBscript, JavaScript and a little Java last year. Right now I am playing around with C++. (And Oblivion.)I look forward to the day where I meet some programmer and have to say: "Sry me no english. U sp34k Assembly?" Ok. I still haven't been able to import models to the game (can't find the damned textures in the bsas).Send a PM when you have the good/basic interior done!
