It's really simple, and only takes about 5 seconds to make a new worldspace.http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Category:World_Spaces Basically, it says to make a worldspace, boot up the geck, load fallout3.esm, click the "WORLD" tab at the top, then click the "World Spaces.." option. Once the worldspace menu is open, right click on an empty slot on the worldspace list, and clock NEW. Choose your specifications, and you're done. You now have a new worldspace.
