Might not find any on the nexus, because they seem to get really jumpy with any mods pertaining to children. Probably because there's a lot of sickos out there. But I've seen several perfectly safe teenage follower mods out there. If you just want to recruit child NPCs from around skyrim, you could get the All Children Are Followers mod.
