This has only happened since the 1.04 patch. The main part of this I think is Lloyd. Where you cannot give Bella money, did Lloyd survive the battle? If he does, he is still the owner and you can give her money to leave. If Lloyd dies, then she is the new owner and gives you supplies for free. Miss that line and the opportunity is gone forever. Sorry, I don't remember the exact line but I think it starts with "I believe I promised you something"; best thing to do is save before you go in to talk to her and if you mess up reload. Lloyd's status afterwards isn't important, but the post- AND pre-battle conversations with Bella are. I have a number of saves from just before both encounters, (don't ask) and could take a look at the exact options on offer later today, if needed. ('Course without playing through the whole Redcliffe/Castle set of fights again, I'll only be able to see things based on the previous choices and events from my own games.) danscott84 Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 I'll concede that about Lloyd, it's been a while since I have been there, I just always made sure he was alive when I was making both my Kiss Bella scenes. However, one thing pops in my head that had been nawing at me. How much money do you have when you talk to her? You need 100 silvers to tell you that is not enough, and 500 silvers to take the money from you for the second kiss. (1 gold and 5 gold respectively) Without having enough money could be why she is not giving you those options. I know I have been there without 500 silvers and the option does not appear, but the 100 would because I had like 300. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
