Make give/take kudos page clearer.

I have no idea if this is a problem for anyone, but it seems to me that it might be easy for many people to mistakenly take away a user's kudos, thinking they were giving one. Currently if you click on a user's kudos link, the page you get is identical except for the text next to the checkbox, either "Give kudos to this member" if you have not already given them a kudos, or "Take away the kudos point you gave to this user" if you have. I'm willing to bet that many users don't realize you can only give a particular user kudos once, or that once given you can take it away. I think the "take away" kudos page could be improved by simply adding an extra line, something like:

You have already given kudos to this user. Do you want to take it away?

[_] Take away the kudos point you gave to this user

The red might be excessive, but maybe not - I suppose you'd have to know how often kudos are being taken away, and decide if some of those are mistakes.

I think it would also be nice if the user's name was a bit more prominent on the page, possibly along with their avatar pic. Currently the user's name is in small, grey text, which could be easily overlooked.

Related to this, the links to give/take kudos in posts are always "[+]", or "Give this user kudos" on file site profile pages. It probably wouldn't be worth it or efficient to make the appearance of these links dependent on the viewing user's kudos history, so I don't really have a good suggestion here, but these links kind of imply that you're going to give kudos when you click them.
