improved hair models

Would it be possible for a skilled modder, to get the games vanilla hairstyles, and improve them?

Like, I'm not saying replace them with some extravagant over the top looking stuff, I just mean get the models, and make them look more realistic.

 

The hairstyles that are short or tied back to me look fine, but its the long ones that look off.

For instance, Flemeths hair. Below the ear it just becomes one solid flat wraparound.

 

I lack technical speak, so I hope you understand what it is I'm asking for =V
