Potato Snatcher and Dark Brotherhood quests issues

I killed the ogre, got the potatoes, so I return to S'jirra (quest giver) and the topic of "Jumbo Potatoes" isn't even there. So I can't complete the Potato Snatcher. Also I killed rufio, and was accepted into the brotherhood. So I go to the door and say Sanguine my brother, walk in and I talk to Ocheeva and the only topic that appears is rumors. That being said, I cant initiate the dark brotherhood quests. Help me please! BTW I use windows 7, this has nothing to do with it, don't troll windows 7.

 

I thought maybe the load order of my mods had something to do with this so I changed it around with recommendations from this website http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/loadorder.html

 

Still the quest topics do not show up. Any help would be appreciated.

Rollback to a save before starting the quest, and install the Unofficial Oblivion Patch - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=official_and_unofficial_patches

 

Is your game patched to the latest version? Where is Oblivion installed?

I edited my load order, I accidently backed out before finishing the edit. Have a look at it.
