These are just a list of ideas.

 

1.There should be two more quest givers. One should be a guy that sends you on two different type of radiant quests one is to go and steal 10 jewels throughout a hold. The other is to go and steal a Jarls prized possesion that is guarded heavily. The other quest giver should be a girl that has three types of radiant quests, one is to go and steal a large amount of gold from an important person. The second would be to sneak into a prison and help a fellow guild mate out. The third would be a set of quests. You have go and retrieve the treasures that Mercer stole. One is a highly expensive golden urn ($5000) in a locked vault guarded by trained mercenaries in a hidden bunker in the falkreath forest you have to find on your own. The next is set of flawless jewels and a pile of gold. This is Hidden in The Reach past a lot of forsworn but mercer kept it hid from them and he was never seen. The third is a Gold diamond necklace in mercers mansion in whiterun.

 

2.After you do the chain of quests the items should be placed in the vault which you can visit.

 

3. There should be a secret jarls quarters in each keepbin the game where the jarls keep lot of goodies, arent the jarls supposed to be rich?

 

4. There should be two more merchants, a fletcher who sells big bundles of arrows and has 1200 gold, and a fence tgat has 8000 gold and sell low leveled invisibility. Potions and stealth potions.

 

5. The lighting needs to be upgraded too.

 

6. All shops lock boxes should be able to respawn after four or five days and have like 800 gold but be locked harder.
