Fallout 3 master update and what is the sequence of action when using

I had a bitter experience today.

I tried to install the Ultimate war mk III ( http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6557 ) and my game went NUTS. It was my 90th active mod or so.

CTD at startup, one after another.

I tried to create a new merged patch - nothing.

Checked out the load order - nothing.

Nothing, nothing and more nothing, goddamnit.

Then I deleted and reinstalled the whole thing and started it ALL over... For 10th time, I think. However, during the process I accidentally deleted my Fallout 3 master update and I cannot find it. And now, I again have the damned CTDs, most probably because I have no Fallout 3 master update.

Anyone has a link to the Fallout 3 master update?

And what is the sequence of use the modding tools?

I was doing it like this:

- Tweak the Fallout.INI and Fallout prefs files.

- Run the archive Invalidation.

- Select a Nexus mod.

- Read carefully what needs to be done with it (unpacking and copy-paste stuff).

- Conduct accordingly.

- Run the FOMM, add a checkmark beside the new mod's esm. or esp. (if more than one, then one at a time and repeat the procedure for every single esp. or esm.) and close the FOMM.

- Run the FO3 edit and create the merged patch, close the FO3 Edit.

- Run the FOMM and add a checkmark beside the merged patch, close the FOMM.

- Run the FO3 Master update and close it.

- Run the FOMM, click the Run FOSE button and play until next CTD.

This is how I was doing it and still had one or two CTD / game freeze daily, because FO3 is a buggy game, as many ppl say.

OK, where did I go wrong? Some more tools? Maybe the Archiveinvalidation validator ( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=229 )? Or something more?
