Short range teleport spell

Essentailly, a short range "teleport" spell (although it may work somewhat differently to that) mod. I'd do this myself, but I'm absoluly clueless as to how to make this work. I've been fiddling around with the TES construction set for a while now but can't get the result I want.

 

What I'm aiming for is something that can mimic the behavior (and preferably the effects) of

 

Essentually, a spell that allows my character and perhaps some enemies to "teleport" within a short range. I've figured a few ways this could work out.

 

First method:

 

The player or enemy aims at a certain patch nearby and moves to that spot upon the spell cast. Would likely take a lot of scripting but it is the most straight forward method.

 

Second method:

 

Player or enemy turns invisible instantly and becomes momentarily "immortal" as well as super fast. They run to wherever they want to "teleport" to and reappear after the time limit ends. (could possibly be done through some kind of armor summon? like you summon a varent of mythic dawn armor that makes you super fast, invisible and immortal but it only lasts a few seconds?)

 

Third method: (would only work for player)

 

Time is stopped or heavily slowed, player moves to different area, time restarts after a short limit.

 

Out of the three, optons 1 or 2 would be most prefered, along with some effects similar to the video (something similar to the "bound Mythic Dawn armor" effect would be effective)

 

hope someone can help (if a similar spell already exists as part of another mod, please point me in its direction)

Seen the first method once or twice. Looked at the scripting, and fainted at the complexity.

 

Nekhanimal's Awesome Vampire Mod gives you a spell called Chronoshifting, does exactly that when you reach Elder status.

If you have any skill with the CS, I'd advise cheating to get the spell. Takes a llooooonnnngggg time to earn it.
