I hear the equipping of arrows in my inventory!

Not sure what started this and I posted here in the hopes of maybe there is some fix I cannot find.

 

When I open my inventory I get the sounds of arrows being equipped, when I already have them equipped. It may not seem like a big issue but it is becoming very annoying for me.

 

Taking the arrows off seems to fix the issue, but when I put them back on opening my inventory brings the sound of equipping arrows.I also notice that when looking at my character in 3rd person that when I open my inventory the arrows on my back change from a quiver of arrows to a single arrow.

I know this doesn't seem like a big issue, but It's driving me up a wall! :'(
