EnterSevenSeven
I received a warning in OBMM saying that I lost an SI .bsa or something similar in that nature. However, I didn't manage to see which one in time since the dialogue box closed on me. Now all Shivering Isles textures are purple. I don't know which .bsa archives the Shivering Isles adds, though, so I'm having trouble finding the problem. I still have the DLCShiveringIsles - Voices, Meshes, and Sounds .bsa archives as well as the .esp. I'm guessing I had a .bsa for Textures, but does anyone know for sure? All of this happened as result of me doing some file cleanup on my desktop, which somehow removed an OMOD that improved SI's textures (were the .7zip folders on my desktop tied to the OMOD somehow?). Even after redownloading the OMOD and reactivating it, the textures were still gone and not replaced by the improved textures. I'm assuming this is because it couldn't find the original .bsa, so I'm pretty sure my mods aren't causing the problem (deactivated all of them but the SI.esp too just to make sure). Any help would be appreciated. Also, I have the Steam version so if there is any way to recover the .bsa without having to uninstall (very last resort. I'd rather not have SI), then please let me know. EDIT: Yeah, after doing some searching, there is supposed to be a textures .bsa for Shivering Isles, although how it disappeared without me deleting it myself seems weird. BFG99
The BSA you are missing is called DLCShiveringIsles - Textures.bsa. I'm not aware of any legal way to get another copy without reinstalling, sorry. However, if you still have that file and your textures are purple, then you probably have an Archive Redirection issue. Turning Redirection on in OBMM, or installing ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated, should fix it.

I managed to make Steam download just that file by constantly overwriting the new versions of the .bsa archives it tried to download with the ones I already had. Apparently they were read as invalid by Steam and tried to redownload all of them, but I'm guessing that's because of using archive invalidation in OBMM. Everything is fixed now. I have backups of the .bsa archives just to make sure this doesn't happen again.
