mrware Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 Hi there folks: I just purchased the Steam GOTY edition of Fallout 3, and upon getting into the game, I have no mouse cursor, and only the arrows and return yield responses from the game. Now, I did get an odd error saying that install of .NET Framework 3.0 x64 failed, and to use Windows Programs and Features to install it. Well .NET Framework 3.5.1 is installed, so perhaps I have to install a separate version of 3.0 on my PC? I can't find a concrete answer to this, so I thought I'd ask.
