How to Skip Warning When selling

Is there a way or a mod that will allow me to skip the warning message (Are you sure you want to sell?) that pops up whenever I want to sell something to a merchant? Can I map "yes" to a hotkey? how?

Edit: There is a mod for selecting all or something, but I cannot recall the name.

Well actually I didn't mean OBSE, though that's required too. I meant that you had to use shift or ctrl (or remap those keys), cause there's nothing ingame that tells you.

Does any mods that adds these kind of hotkey features tell you in-game? Of course, you have to read the ReadMe... The mod is doing something whether or not you know how to use it (because you did not read about how to use the mod.) I really do not understand that. What would you expect to happen after installing the mod...??
