I mean like the ones we see in Fallout 3 already but as if the nuclear bombs were never fired. In other words can anyone make some Urban City Exterior and Interior meshes for a D.C City not hit or destroyed by anything, Also If there is already a file like this sorry for making this topic I searched FO3Nexus today and I didn't get any result.
