Vault 11 and missing parts

Hello.

 

I recently started messing around with GECK and Creation Kit and so far I didn't have any major issues that i couldn't resolve on my own. So, I said to my self that i should test what i learned so far and make a working Vault, fully cluttered, with enemies and such, so I opened up an already existing Vault (Vault 11) to analyze the cluttering pattern and to learn the kit itself used for Vaults. But, when I opened the first cell of the Vault 11 (vault11a to be specific) I found that 1/3 of the cell is missing. Now, I am not sure whether or not that is an intended design to increase the performance, but I find it weird. In-game, it's there and it works fine, but when I view the same cell in GECK I can't see a thing, plus, a navmesh is also there so it should appear - but it doesn't.

Any help or even a tip would be greatly appreciated.

So, it appears that GECK enabled Multibounds for some reason and that is why I couldn't see a thing.

 

Anybody else having this issue edit your GECKCustom.ini and in [General] set bUseMultibounds=0.
