LE Battle skirts! Anyone seen an armor mod like this?

I've been searching around for a few days now on the Nexus, searching through armor mods trying to find a nice one.

I've recently been playing Tactics Ogre, and the art for the classes has some really nice armor to them. The one in particular that I've been trying to find is something akin to the female knight:

Which I think is a lovely armor for a noble or the like.
The terror knight's are also awesome:

though from my understanding, Skyrim doesn't play well with fabric, so that male waistcape would be difficult to implement.

But I think these are wonderful armors, as most from Tactics Ogre are, and they aren't too lore breaking. The Terror Knight just seems like an alternate ebony armor.
If anyone thinks these are worth making, that'd be wonderful. If one similar mod is already made, could you direct me to it? Thank you!
