Mod Recommendations

I'm new to ES, Oblivion's my first time. Got about 80 hours under my belt with my first character, and after playing it like an FPS for a significant chunk of that, I want to role play properly, so I'm starting from scratch.

Already been playing around with a few mods, but I want to pick the best of the bunch for my fresh start.

So far I have:

Character looks: Beautiful People - contains Ren's Beauty Pack and Mystic Elves, Nequam's Ainmhe, Nequam's Elaborate Eyes, and the Custom Race Fix by KyneTarse

World looks: Natural Environments

NPC: No Psychic Guards

Interface: Satellite Map, House Map Markers

What I'm after:

First, are these pretty much 'best-in-class' in their area?

Second, anything major I've overlooked?

Third, I'm after a couple of things:

A Leveling adjustment - I hate that bears and lions own me, but I'm death on 2 legs to anything a quest throws at me. Not sure I want to go as far as Oscuro's Overhaul though. I think I saw a wildlife mod around, but I can't find it again.

Extras: Really like the idea of the Underlife mod, but not sure whether to wait until it's more complete, thoughts?

i like creature intencity mod makes families of animals and giantsized versions of them

i also like to make my own mod thats called animals and all it does is change the size of a few animals, bears, lions and rats making the bear and the lion bigger and the rats smaller in the end i completely overhaul one of the original races (butchered) but never-the-less affective. This action makes every npc that has the same race as you equal to you. like brentons i sometimes give a 100pt conjuration bonus and some good spells to go with it. so now even in the quest when ever i meet a brenton he summons a powerful creature not easy to beat. but adds some flavor to the game. sometimes i give them other players powers and custom powers

N E ways i think the best mod is the custom mod that you make yourself for yourself so what if you incorparate other peoples mod into your own as long as you don't take credit for their work...
