I Want To Start Making A Mod, And I Need Some Help

Hello!

 

I'm making a mod, i don't have a name yet but it will come, and i'm not skilled with TES CS.

I will make the story, lead the group of people that will help me, and be a voice actor.

I have tried the tutorials on how to learn to use the TES CS but it's to hard to learn.

 

So here is the story:

You walk around in the Imperial City and and suddenly a old begger aproaches.

He seem to be scared of something and gives you a old note. While you are reading the

note he disappears. The note says (roughly) something about a isle south of Leyawiin.

you travel to the isle to investigate. On the isle there is a city and a castle.

The ruler of the city is a tyran. If people disagree with him, he will make sure

the "disappear". You meet a member of the small rebel group and becomes a

valuable member. At last you kill the count and the people elect you as the new

count. As the new count/Countess you get to rule the whole isle.

 

That is what the mod will be about roughly, i might change something later.

 

But i really need some people that can help me.

I need all the help i can get.

 

I have no experience in making mod for Oblivion so i know absolute nothing about it.

I do have some experience in skinning and modding for the Source engine though.

I don't even know how to mod as well as you and i feel inspired to help. I really only know how to alter little stuff, tweek the original game to maximize the experience, and then save it the C.S.. My Computer is not online so i use my work computer to dl mods and then my home computer to play and learn about the c.s. i haven't gotton to the part about meshes and textures in the c.s. so I know that I'm know help to you. I do think that you should incoreperate so cool items and other things along with knew creatures that utilize the current creatures animation because you don't know when bethseda will release any of that to the public. but after i learn the cs then maybe i'll post another and you can see what help if any i have for your interesting quest, land, and king mod.
