help with mods please

Hey I downloaded oblivion through steam so its not on my computer. when i go to properties on the icon there is no shortcut tab or anything just genera,l web document, security, details and previous version. Is there any other way to install mods? Thanks in advance.

If you have the Steam version and you want to manualy install mods go to the directory where you installed Steam(usualy it's C:\Program files\steam) and inside the steam folder look for the steamapps folder and inside steamapps folder there should be a folder with the name you type when you log in on Steam. Finaly inside that folder are the games you installed. At least that's how I have'em.

thank you that helps a lot but it still doesnt show an oblivion folder theres some .gcf files in the steamapps folder but nothing else.
