Fallout Doesn't Work

After this post I will be putting the second disc in, I believe it has my DLC but yeah I don't know. I installed the patches and such manually (New to Games for Windows Live and fallout 3 on the PC) I have using factory standard components with this 2009/2010 Laptop and I have played EVE and WOW pretty easily (Though I uninstalled most of these games because Fallout has a special spot on my PC lol) and heard people say if I run EVE on max settings I shouldn't have probs with Fallout 3. I have Windows 7 OS. Everytime I hit New Game, it goes to the Desktop, says it stopped working (Mouse dissapears) so I have to Ctrl+Alt+delete to get my Mouse back and have to hit close program. I have done EVERYTHING it told me to do. I have not put mods or anything in, I have made and connected to GFW as well.

Like oblivion fallout3 is asset intensive, go here and run a check on your laptop, see if it meets the specs needed for the game.

it may tell you what the problem is. Online games [mmo's] are not as asset intensive as stand alone games.

I did but I find that it does not support or is compatible with what I have, as it says I can't run Command & Conquer 3 or any of the other games that I DO or DID run

From the "Run", if you can;t find it just type it in the search at the bottom of the programs it will come up as the first or second result. Then type in " dsdiag " without the quotes. when it finishes save it and it will put it in a notepad document, that will look like this:
