chibievil
if there is mmh and msh files and u export into the override directory u could just recreate the item and then just add the properties yourself. and then export to override as the same name u just overrite the item so no need to make a script file for it
Myst42
Thanks for everything I managed to change all the things i wanted except for the sword and the amulet (already has 5 properties)But i really dont care, im just happy to change the other ones So one last question ¿how can you change the damage a longsword does, is it only by material or is there another parameter? DarkeWolf
Glad to hear that you've made progress and that you're happy with the changes so far :)Tho sorry to hear about the blade. That one, I'd recommend using the winter forge for. Even tho I know that you want to have it available for all your people, without having to remake it :( Weapons. Weapons have a set amount of damage per weapon type. A dagger will always do x amount of damage. A longsword will always do x amount of damage. An axe will always do x damage. Theres really not anyway to change that in itself. But...there's ways to increase that, but not to change it. One way is to make the weapon into a higher tier of material. Such as changing a red steel weapon into a silverite weapon. Another way is to increase the capacity to do damage, by the WIELDER (the toon using the weapon) via damage bonuses. Or to throw bonuses of a certain damage type, into the weapon. Either by properties, or runes. (Unfortunately, you can't add runes to a weapon in the toolset :( )Another method, and this one is my personal faves, is to increase the Armor Penetration bonuses of the weapon. Armor doesnt make the toon harder to hit. Armor soaks x amount of damage from the hit. So if say a character has 32 AR, it will reduce the amount of damage for the ratio applied to 32 AR (and I'm afraid I dont know that ratio :( ). Meaning the blow doesnt do as much damage as it would against an AR 0. So armor reduction helps to reduce the amount of damage that hte armor itself blocks.
