Fraps isn't working with Fallout 3

well, I've tried fraps with the game singularity and it's working flawlessly. but as soon as I start fallout 3, only the framerate counter and screenshot feature are doing what they are supposed to do. no matter how often I try, the video folder remains empty. I'm starting fallout through fomm btw. fose is always active of course. is there something i can try to make it work?

Try a different hot key for the screen capture. The only thing I can think of is that the hot key you have assigned for the capture is already being used by the game.

yeah, you're absolutely right. neither the default option F12 worked, nor my custom button num+. after reading your post i've decided to give it another try and used L as my fraps button. it worked, thank you.
