EddieBreaks10
A few days ago, I installed 20th century weapons, and I was very impressed. Only bad thing is that the freakin pictures of the guns wont show up on my pip-boy, and I hate not knowing how a gun looks like before I use it. Theres over 200 weapons, and Im only familiar with like 5 of the guns. Ive already updated it to version 5.2, which is the newest, and i still keep getting the same error. When I bring up my pipboy, it just gives me a box with a diagonal line going through it, and it says "error". What can I do to fox this?

It sounds like you're either missing the 5.12 patch to 20th Century Weapons, or you didn't copy the folders therein to the correct location. 20th Century Weapons 5.1 had the weapon icon .dds files in the wrong place in its directory structure. The 5.12 patch places another copy of those files in the right place. After you download the 5.12 patch (here) and extract it, you'll see a folder called 'data' that contains a folder called 'Textures'. Copy that Textures folder and paste in into your Data folder under your Fallout 3 directory. Answer yes when Windows asks if you want to overwrite the existing Textures folder. If this is not your problem, then maybe it's a Windows Vista UAC problem with Fallout 3 being installed to your Program Files directory? I don't use Vista, so I can't do much to help you with that one.
EddieBreaks10
The patch wasnt my real problem, because the main file (200megabyte file) was not downloaded correctly, which means the images were not downloaded. Everything else was. I just redownloaded and re-installed and updated it to 5.12. Sorry, I shouldve done this before I even started this topic, :D I appreciate the help though.
