Trying to FOMM up and running...

SO I've been trying to use NMM, but every time I actually installed any mods at all, Fallout would fail to load, wouldn't even get to the title screen. So, after some failed troubleshooting, I gave up, deleted all my mods, uninstalled NMM, and downloaded and installed FOMM. Then I try to run FOMM, and it tells me that "ORIGINAL_VALUE.fomod was deleted without being uninstalled" (which I find curious, as I took care to uninstall and then delete each mod before I uninstalled NMM, but that's not the point.), and that the FOMod must be uninstalled, for FOMM will shut down, and then asks if I was to uninstall it. I tell it that I do, then it tries to, fails, and this is what I find in crashdump.txt

I have no idea what any of this means really, and so I'm hoping someone here can help me get things up and running. Thanks in advance, for even taking the time to read this!
